200 Hour Program

Our Teacher Training Course is dedicated to giving the aspiring Yoga teacher a personal journey as well as a structured movement toward becoming an integrated Yoga Teacher and a more fulfilled Yoga Student. The requirement for application submission is at least six months of personal Yoga practice. Our focus is an eclectic Hatha with an Iyengar/Vini blend that will suit a range of students - from Youth to Senior, advanced to relative beginner.

Classroom Hours: 180

Yoga Class Attendance: 40 Hours of Method & Technique

Curriculum includes:
80 hours of Classroom Asana Technique (Required Texts)
20 hours of Energy Anatomy (Required Texts)
15 hours of Philosophy ( Required Texts)
25 hours of Formal Classroom Methodology
15 hours of Elective Energetic Studies
25 hours of Practicuum (Videotaped Class w/Peer review)

Off-site Requirements include:
25 documented classes approved by Director
3 private sessions with approved Principal Teacher or Director (cost separate- $85. per hour)
5 documented private sessions given by student (to be completed after Practicuum).

Students must submit a 250 word written statement describing their intention for taking Yoga Certification. All submissions will be reviewed and returned within 72 hours of receipt.Students must sign our “Code of Ethics” and return to Director before commencement of classes.

Cost of 200 hours program: $2500.
A $550.00 deposit must be made at the time of Registration. Payments may be made monthly thereafter at $325 per month.
