Daily Classes



Prem Studio classes take place at 30 Church Street, Malverne, NY

All 80 minute classes - $20.00
*50 minute and one hour classes - $15.00

We offer classes 7 days a week, during all hours of the day. You can find out more about our instructors specific style and experience by taking a look at his or her profile on our faculty page. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy a slower-paced, information filled class with an emphasis on poses & alignment. Recommended for both novices & those who have practiced for years! This class requires no prior experience, nor a higher level of strength or flexibility.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga uses yoga postures, breath awareness, chanting, & meditation techniques from a variety of traditions & lineages.  Poses are often held & explored for a longer period of time, often integrating the physical with the mental, energetic & spiritual.  

Iyengar Style Yoga

Iyengar style yoga recognizes that each body has a unique anatomical need in the various yoga postures. As a result, these classes focus on correct alignment of the body through the use of props & modifications.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a faster-paced class, where movement & breath connect in a flowing series of poses, resulting in the experience of a moving meditation. Sun salutations are often practiced in these classes.

Viniyoga

Viniyoga adapts the yoga practice to the individual. Through repetition then holding of poses, modification of poses & breath-work, viniyoga students end up with a practice that supports their unique journey.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a prolonged meditation in which the mind & body move into a deep state of relaxation. Yoga nidra is often performed at the end of asana practice to create a great state of peace.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga uses props so students can gently hold poses for an extended period of time. The body & the mind thus have an opportunity to rejuvenate.
